Alison Snell
Chief Executive Officer
Alison Snell CEO brings a wealth of experience to Yallambee, she holds a Bachelor of Nursing and has specialised in aged care management for over 20 years. Most recently as the National Infection Control Advisor for Japara Healthcare. Alison’s passion and strength are evident through her commitment to providing Yallambee with sound Governance and leadership since commencing in February 2022. Alison believes that organisations such as Yallambee are unique and is committed to continuing to build on the rich environment which supports and enables Yallambee to flourish.
Jayne Linton
Clinical Operations Manager
Jayne joined Yallambee in July 2023 and brings with her over 30 years of extensive experience in the Aged Care industry, having served as a manager in various large homes throughout her career. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to providing exceptional care align perfectly with our organisation's values.
In addition to her managerial experience, Jayne is a highly skilled registered nurse. Her clinical background, combined with her training as an IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) lead and her knowledge in AN-ACC (Australian National Aged Care Classification) management and documentation, make her an invaluable asset to our facility. We are confident that her expertise will contribute to the continued enhancement of our care services and resident well-being.
As the new Director of Care, Jayne will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our care team. Her collaborative approach and passion for delivering person-centred care will further strengthen our commitment to providing an exceptional living experience for our residents.
Leanne Felstead
Customer Services Manager
Our Customer Services Department is led by Leanne Felstead, Customer Services Manager. Leanne has extensive experience in Customer Service, Business and Relationship Management in Aged Care across Victoria.
Peter King-Church
Business Services Manager
Our Business Services team is led by Peter King-Church. Peter is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with over 30 years business advisory experience.
